A glass in one hand, a canapes in the other, this is the "easy to eat" route.

FORK CANAPÉS

This is a more substantial version, we look at the canape with the same approach as when we create starters or a mains, only in a smaller portion. Each are served with a fork or spoon, in a small plate or bowl, very easy to eat.
